Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland

When we first checked in, we were met by Destiny who was lovely and gave us the rundown of the hotel and amenities. However, when we got to our assigned room we were met with a bed that had not been made. Even with that Destiny quickly made things right and got us a new room. Not sure when the hotel was officially built but even in our new room it seemed that things were put together in a hurry (bathroom door would come off bottom track frequently, and other small noticeable things). All in all was not a bad hotel. Will definitely look to rebook on my next visit to the area.

Destiny and Nikki were absolutely wonderful. We didn't catch the name of the woman working the desk at night but she wasn't as welcoming or friendly. The room was great. A little warm when we got there and took a while to cool down. The refrigerator was tiny and not very cold even on the coldest setting. The parking spaces are insanely narrow and it was difficult to find a spot where others were parked correctly enough for my vehicle to fit. Other than that our stay was great. Nikki recommended we try the meridian cafe for breakfast and we wanted to thank her for that! It was wonderful. We will be back!!

Hotel is really nice and close to Opryland hotel activities. We will stay there again. The only complaint is the pillows on the bed are VERY soft with no support. Pack your own.

I am part of an event production crew that stayed at the HGI on music city for a full week. Front desk staff is efficient and friendly. Place is brand new and is obviously very clean. Lobby bar was a blast with Brianna! She is a pro bartender with a fun attitude.

I came here during the ice storm to seek refuge while my electricity remained out. Brand new hotel, nice, quiet, and easy access amenities. The only thing is there was only 1 person at the front desk the entire time I was there, and sometimes they were gone with a note that said 'helping another guest.'

Nice hotel, visited in September. Very clean as it’s quite new. The front desk was very helpful, although one morning one lady spent the entire time I was at breakfast stood doing her makeup. Just doesn’t look very professional. The area isn’t too bad, we were able to walk back from the Grand Ole Opry. Spacious rooms. We had vouchers for the buffet breakfast but it was terrible. The hot food was awful, the only thing worth eating was cereal but the milk wasn’t replenished. The plates and bowls were all dirty as well. The kitchen staff seemed unimpressed when I mentioned this. The waitress was also surly and seemed annoyed we had breakfast vouchers. There seems to be a few reviews who are clearly referencing this waitress, so I do wonder why this has not been sorted. On another morning we had a lovely waitress, who gave us some great recommendations.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland while attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. I booked my stay a bit late and this hotel was one of the overflow options provided by the conference. The hotel was clean and accommodating, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I arrived earlier in the day, my room wasn’t ready, but they allowed me to check my bags so I could head over to the conference, which was appreciated. Later in the evenings after conference events, I spent some time at the bar and the bartender (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was very friendly and personable, which added a nice touch to the overall stay. Overall, a solid experience with great staff and a clean, comfortable environment

This was a nice Hilton Garden Inn! It’s a great alternative to staying at the Gaylord Opryland for an event or conference, as it’s only a few minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk. I’m not sure the area is super safe (I saw a lot of police cars). I felt fine walking around alone during the day but probably wouldn’t at night. Highlight: the gym is so nice! The equipment is all very new and high-quality. When I arrived, one toilet paper roll was half-used which I understand is to prevent waste but also kind of gross. Also, my soap dispenser was basically empty. The cleaning felt rushed. However, staff is quick to help! Also, a small thing, but the pillows are sooo soft/shallow; my neck hurt a bit after the first night.
